I admit, I am not that computer literate, but I try my best. I have been a Canon customer for years, so perhaps if I call them, they will walk me through all this. I never knew there were different versions of Windows 10. 29.4 Software and on the other side, it states, "Manual." All I know now is that I am more confused than earlier. What exactly does the Canon EOS Digital Solutions Disk do? This disk does not specify any camera model, all it does say is Ver.
Confusing as to why Canon would include disks that are not compatible with every version of Windows 10. When I opened the instruction manual, I looked up the page for installing the two disks that came with the camera, and that is where I discovered that the versions I have are not compatible with Windows 10 and that the solution disk, v.
